*INITIAL CONSULTATION*
Couples and families generally contact us while researching around the suitable location for a wedding and seeking the help of an experienced team which knows the area and basics of all the options to evaluate what would suit them best. Here is a list of a few tasks that we do for you without any commercial commitment. Just contact us with all the information you have and we could assist you with the way forward.
• A Telephonic discussion or a WhatsApp chat is set up to discuss and understand your requirement, budget and expectations.
• A detailed proposal with selective options is shared for evaluation at your end.
• Beginning with agreement over a comfortable budget range, we share a more elaborate proposal.
• Benefit and shortcoming of each venue/hotel/location are explained. Pictures of past work are shared as well.
• Based on your interest in a specific venue or location we contact them and obtain a fair offer.
• With your go forward confirmation, we proceed for a detailed and authentic planning process.
*PLANNING*
After a basic discussion to establish your interest in specific venue/s or location we request you to engage us officially by blocking the dates with us, this authorizes us to assign a dedicated team to look after a more detailed planning process. We take up very limited projects every year and we suggest you start on detailed planning at least 9-12 months before the wedding. This leaves ample time for your guests to manage their travel and holidays. Planning a Wedding is a very comprehensive and consideration oriented task but we would try to list a few points to give you an idea of the procedure.
• After receiving a negotiated offer from Hotel/s and a detailed contract, review of contract in terms of your requirement signing the contract.
• Creating a decision timeline to help you to figure out what all decisions you are going to take in the entire procedure. We break down various aspects of planning into smaller decisions to be made every week or fortnight depending upon your availability.
• Designing and launch of your customized wedding website, save the date and RSVP.
• Designing Wedding itinerary and choosing specific venues.
• Conceptualization of visual part of wedding events like decor, theme, and setup. This does require your active participation.
• Quotation and selection of various service providers (DJ, mehndi artists, makeup professionals, band, custom stationery, wedding gifts, wedding anchor, Bar Tenders, local artists etc.)
• Assisting your guests to plan their holidays, book travel arrangements, pick up and drop, local transport etc.
• Discussion about a detailed aspect of wedding events like a layout, seating arrangements, entrances, activities, timing, customization to add extra touches to every event.
• Working on a detailed timeline and itinerary over the days so that you utilize the best of the available time with your friends and family as against worrying about the delays.
• Open-ended assistance and advise over E-mails, WhatsApp group, and phone calls.
• Help you setting Food menu and selection of drinks; work over bar menu and requirement.
*COORDINATION*
We focus a lot on planning everything in advance, this ensures a very smooth execution and stress-free implementation of all the ideas that you had dreamed of. Our senior planners who assist you in the planning process endure their physical presence to coordinate your big day. Members from our core team are allocated various tasks and introduced to you and family as a point of contact during the events. There are a few duties important to coordination and on-site management:
• Effective distribution of various aspects like hospitality, decor, vendors, PR etc. is done within our team.
• Vendors, Hotels and team members are informed about their duties and important instructions.
• We ensure a stress-free implementation by keeping you away from this process and instead of leaving you to enjoy your own wedding.

• Managing entrances, specific instructions, food and beverages aspect, security requirements etc.
